Subscription Guardian provides reminder alerts and renewal schedules as a convenience tool. While we make every effort to extract accurate pricing and dates:

Subscription Guardian is not a financial institution, bank, or billing processor.
You remain solely responsible for managing your subscriptions, billing agreements, and cancellation deadlines directly with third-party service providers.
The extension does not directly cancel accounts on external websites; it provides reminder alerts and direct links to help you manage your accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

Subscription Guardian is licensed under open-source terms. You are free to view, audit, and contribute to the code in accordance with the project repository license on GitHub.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subscription Guardian and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed cancellation deadlines or third-party subscription charges.
